Woke up on Mars this morning, after a huge mid week sleep. I must’ve needed that. But not as much as I need some caffeine injected into my veins.

Many reviews and online feedback tell me this place is up there for the best coffee in Traralgon, but to be honest I was a pretty disappointed.

The young girl serving me didn’t look too happy to be there lol, brings me back to my hospo days haha, so feels. But you have to at least pretend you’re happy!

I actually like this place and the vibe, seems to be recently renovated. And always busy, so good luck getting an inside seat. But the espresso itself, was dull, flat and empty.

It offered me nothing to work with. I think I copped a lungo (not sure if on purpose) so it really felt diluted. Most likely just a blend (five senses).

It kinda grinds my gears that they had single origins available, but don’t offer or ask. It would feel a bit wanky to order a double espresso and specifically ask for a certain bean or single origin, nobody wants to do that.

Where should I go next? Any recommendations?
